Doesn’t work

I bought this app, I can open and it’s very basic, but if I click any of the tools, nothing happens… I have an iPhone 17 pro max fully up to date etc but please can you tell me why this app doesn’t work? Or refund my money

I’ll keep it to see if there are improvements. Some good functionalities. Hard to find templates would be good to have a search bottom. Also not enough templates. I see I can upload my own but defeats the purpose of paying for an app. Thanks!
