As an Autistic female former player, this game is horrendous. I felt unsafe, preyed on even at 29. I have had fears where I woud be stalked and raped. I do not know what kind of game would not go to great lengths to keep their players safe but this is a horrendous game.

Too many pesos and weird people on the app and half naked avatars a child should not be on this app make it 18+ with age verification so that children can’t play

Why the hell has this been changed to 12+ in the App Store?!! This game is a “COLLEGE FASHION AND SCHOOL CHAT” simulator. Last time I checked there are like NO 12 year olds in college. The avatars in this game are provocative and more catered to adults. There is no reason this app should be “12+” in the App Store. That’s just damage waiting to happen.

Permissive in game harassment and bullying with censorship
This game used to be fun. They used to allow communication and interaction that was sometimes adult but not over the top… NOW they are moderating and silencing players completely incompetently for even a possible perceived impropriety…. And they have an in game PvP system that encourages harassment and bullying and they promote it as “non harassment as a game mechanic” people will attack other players day and night for being gay, being non respectful (which is very arbitrary in people’s opinions) and they feel it’s “ok” because it’s part of the game? I love this game but it’s just not working
Every single time I try and open the game is say incorrect version and I tried to see if it needed up dated but it was updated 2 weeks ago I don’t understand why it’s not working but I hope this problems gets fixed soon
Harassment and Blocking
I had a guy tell me he and his friends would force themselves on me so i reported and blocked. The block feature didn’t work because he was same club and he was able to continue harassing me in club chat and kept hiring me just to prove I couldn’t escape. That needs to be fixed because what the hell!

I’m a long time player of PIMD, recently I’ve seen a LOT of changes and they aren’t particularly good ones.
First of all, the new silencing policy is CRAZY in my years playing I have not once been silenced until recently I got silenced for a week with no prior silences or warnings for “posting something in the wrong channel” I asked what the potd was in the student union chat.
SECOND, this game is NOT safe for minors, everything that has been supposedly put into place so 13 year olds can play is simply not enough, it’s all words, no action. What real safeguards are on here to protect our kids other than selecting a number from a list as “age verification” kids lie, it’s that simple.
3rd - the communication between devs and mods is almost nonexistent, why we have devs saying the game is for 13+ in tickets but on forums stating it’s 16+ and then our mods saying it’s 18+ in the TOS is crazy. Not to mention the blatant favoritism from mods themselves, devs protecting predators amongst many other things. Not recommended for kids
First this is a rp and a BIG money spender app children should not be allowed in this environment specially 17 and under there people who play up here dont want them either do to the fact there are mods arent on top of blocking the scammers which many kids can be gullible and fall for and many ppl who play this game who expect u to be 18 and up not knowing there talking to a literal 14 yr ATA is not good at moderation to simplify it why would anyone let there child play a rp app about college students when there not even in that grade level yet. Another thing ATA cares none for there users and dont listen to feedback and throw stuff for quick money grabs and re use art already made.

Mods are terrible
The mods that are on here are literally terrible. Literally being FBI agents for free. Ridiculous. ATA also just recently let a known catfisher and pedo become a mod so steer clear of this game.
When Mods Kills the Community
PIMD just isn’t what it used to be. The new ToU and overly strict moderation have taken so much of the fun and freedom out of Campus Chat. You can’t even have normal, harmless conversations without worrying that something will be taken out of context and get you silenced.
What makes it worse is how some moderators seem to take their role way too seriously, almost like they’re trying to prove how much power they have. Moderation should be about keeping the community safe, not making players feel like they’re constantly being watched or punished. I understand having rules, but the current approach is making the game feel restrictive, hostile, and less like the community it used to be.

Be careful
I’ve been on this game since it was only a year or so old. It’s changed a lot over the years! Some bullying still happens and I DEFINITELY do not feel it’s a game that is safe for anyone under 17. And I would even be leery of letting a 17 year old play it. It’s been getting worse with their new updates in my opinion because they are trying to censor a lot of what makes this game the game it is and has always been. Yes, you run the risk of being bullied. Obviously like with anything when it comes to the internet, you want to be careful with who knows how much. But between the newer rules that are worse than when they first started the game, what feels like up cycled hunts/avatars, ata/mods lying to the players when called out on things, and the CRAZY amount of cash grabs it’s not worth playing anymore.
