To be honest the app has been fine up until recently. But now it crashes/freezes all the time. Feels slow, clunky and in need of an update.

Avoid.

So I recently signed up and received my £10 free bet due to my first bet losing.
I used my free bet on a horse race and sadly a horse in a previous race suffered a fatal fall. Due to this all racing was cancelled for the rest of the day. My free bet was not returned as the event was cancelled which given the circumstances is in pretty poor taste.
