This is a HUGE waste of money!!! And a HUGE waste of my time!! Nobody’s phones link up and the high pitch sound is worst than the dog whistle!!! Just everything about this app is terrible!! I’d rather buy a piece of paper than this app! Wouldn’t let me give it 0 stars!!!!!

Terrible app, terrible game. High pitched dog whistle to start the game, and doesn’t even tell you who wins on the main screen. Please, do not buy this game. You will regret it
This is an awful app. Surprised that ROKU is even affiliated.
The screeching noise is real and horrific. I thought that review was from a disgruntled customer but now I’m the disgruntled customer. Don’t waste your $2 on the app. ROKU makes you buy the “channel” to play it then you and anyone else who wants to play with you has to purchase the app. I wasn’t even able to play for some reason but my partner was. Bad app. Do not recommend!

Hurts your ears
High pitch sound that plays before every question is very annoying. Only played for about a minute. This was a waste of money.

Doesn’t work—don’t bother
Tried multiple times and it wouldn’t work. Also the “hidden sound” is very much not which added insult to injury at paying $2 a person for an app that doesn’t work.

Wish I could give this no stars! Bought the app on roku tv and realized we needed to buy the app on our phone. What a waste of money!!!!!! We couldn’t even get it to work with our phones. It just kept saying waiting for game to start. This app seriously needs to be completely removed. Scamming people out of money for something that doesn’t even work at all!

Terrible
This app “works” through high frequency sound waves rather than Bluetooth or any other reasonable technology. The whole family downloaded and paid for the app and only one person could get the crap app to work. Booo Party Trivia Booo

Warns about a “hidden” sound but it is not. It is very high pitch and awful. I suffer from chronic migraines and it gave me one after about five minutes. DO NOT BUY THIS. I want my money back. Terrible waste of time and money. We thought it couldn’t possibly be as bad as the reviews say but it is! The makers of this game are just conning you out of money. They have not attempted to fix the app for 3 years. If they cared they’d fix it and they don’t.

I want my money back
I paid for it on Roku and then had to pay for the App on my phone.. not a big deal... but they do not link and can not play the game..!!! Should be up front and let people know you need to pay for it on Roku and your smart phone... and then have some kind of directions on how to sync the two
Glitchy
This app will stop in the middle of the game to “load” and will never come back to the game. It’s super glitchy. It’s relatively cheap, so it’s worth the money to have trivia for the whole family, but it’s irritating to have to restart the game in the middle.
Don’t buy
This should be removed from App Store. Doesn’t work. Tried it for the family during holidays and it did not work AT ALL. Ripoff.
Horrible Technology
We added this on our Roku and IPhones without reading the reviews. This app is pathetic. We wondered why the app wanted to use our microphone and we quickly learned from the on screen warnings that the game plays by playing little dog whistle type tones to connect to your iPhone. Our cat went nuts and it woke our baby on the other side of house. It hurts your ears. A 12 year old could program a better app in his bedroom.
