Asks for phone number to set up account, but it does not accept any phone number...please advise

Signup Feature broken

Hello,

During the account creation section it asks for your phone number to send a code. I’ve tried 3 different numbers with and w/o country code and dashes and it’s not working. Trying to contact the developer is a dead end as well.
