Loading bug and lack of notifications.
My main issue with this app is that like others have mentioned, you CONSTANTLY have to close it out and go back into it for it to work, and there is not a notification system, which makes no sense for an app that is meant to keep you up to date on assignments. So my main suggestion is adding an option to turn on notifications, that’d be helpful and it’d assist the app in filling its purpose. I’ve would’ve missed a number of online assignments if my teachers didn’t mention that we had any online assignments because of the lack of notifications. But that’s my only suggestion (outside of the loading bug)

I have had this app for about a month and it’s crashed like 3 times and now I can’t even open the app and use it but it’s helpful when I can actually check my grades.

Parents should not be forced to use an app & especially one this difficult.
App doesn’t launch consistently
Have to force close the app about every other time I use it. Then it requires a full log in again. This has been a persistent issue for years.
To recreate, log in. Exit app. Try to launch it again. Blank screen, nothing happens until you force close it and relaunch. Please fix this. The rest of the app works.

Every time i go on it shows a blank whit screen so they need to fix it cause it hets me mad and every thing else is fine

Justifying your decision to write code for a living by making others jump through unnecessary hoops is becoming the new American way unfortunately. Let’s call it safety or privacy to soothe our egos, but let’s not make it about helping parents who just need to get signed up and can prove they have kids in school.

Needs fixing.
The app is always crashing, and it makes it hard for me to even see my grades. That stuff is important! Please fix the glitches.
Only works half the time
I have to restart it ALL the time! It currently isn’t even working atm! I also hate that you don’t get message notifications. I miss important messages often. At this point in time we should definitely have workable school apps.. so annoyed we’re resorting to this non-working app..
Great when it works
This app is helpful when it works. Many times when I click on the app, it just shows up blank and stays that way for a couple of days. I do not have this problem with any other app.
