Not good at all
This app is so glitchy, I can’t even access my galleries anymore… I love using it for my client deliveries but for the app… it’s horrible.
Such a horrible app— use the web
This interface is terrible. It needs a massive overhaul. I love the web version but my laptop was glitching so I tried to use the app and it’s awful. Don’t waste your time
Kind of the worst
This app only works 10% of the time. They need to hire someone to gut it and revamp it.
Worst app ever.
I don’t ever leave bad reviews. But as a professional photographer that has used Pass Gallery for years, this has to be the worst app on my phone. It crashes every single time I try to access galleries through it. I cannot scroll more than 30 seconds without it completely crashing and closing on its own. I pay good money for extra storage for pass and this app may be what takes my business elsewhere honestly. I’ve already started googling what my options are. For the amount I pay monthly, this is not worth it.

Possibly the worst app on the App Store
This app lacks several options that put professional photographers need.
Photographers run
Literal worst app ever, and it has been for quite some time now. And they don’t seem to even care enough to fix all the bugs in an update. Photographers save your money and find another service. Seriously run. Can’t download my photos, app crashes, can’t see half my albums. It’s a huge mess.

Love the desktop part, hate the app. It’s unusable. Do better Pass.
HATE it!
I’ve been using this app for a few years, as a photographer. This latest version is pissing me off. I don’t like the main gallery view, and once in a gallery I cannot go back to select another one without completely closing out the app. There isn’t a share button on the gallery anymore (to send via text). The icon is all black and not white like it used to be, and advertises that it is (white) in the App Store. It is not user friendly anymore, which makes it difficult when I do a lot of my work from my phone. Unfortunately, I will be looking for a different gallery provider.

Please fix your app!! I used to be able to see all my galleries and share from my phone after I uploaded them. Something I’ve done for years. I recently had to reinstall the app and now the widget is a black screen. And there’s no back button once you enter a gallery. This is trash. It’s embarrassing to use. It’s making my want to switch platforms. Most people are using a lot of picture sharing and viewing from phones, you are missing the mark.

Works on androids
Hey I’m only writing this review in hopes to help people get their wedding photos if you use an android phone it does work but you have to keep the screen on the app and it downloads in the background.
Worst Gallery Service I’ve ever used
For the computer app have to install the uploader every time you upload images. Then it still takes 4-5 tries to even get your images uploaded. Today it took me longer to upload to pass gallery then it did to edit 42 images. Then I go to send my bride the link and all of a sudden there’s a lock on my gallery? I’ve used this horrible (but free) gallery service for a year and have never locked a gallery. I just had to turn around on a trip to go home & unlock it bc this app is so useless that you can’t even unlock the gallery from the app.

I like the old way better.
As a photographer, when my client ask for their gallery a second time, I used to be able to open the app, go to their gallery, and it had a share button. Now all I can do is view the galleries. Maybe make a separate app for client view and photog view.
Doesn’t work anymore
I have been using pass gallery for delivering pics to my clients and this app doesn’t work anymore.
Huge pain to use
I have been using PASS forever as a professional photographer. I love the website. I hate this app.
It crashes, doesn’t load properly, bugs out on certain screens and is such a pain to use. I hope my clients aren’t downloading this app to use to access their photos. I may be shopping around for a new gallery service after trying to navigate this app and seeing how poorly designed it is. It does not inspire confidence in PASS as a company, though I’ve used their web services for years just fine. The poor performance of the app makes me nervous that my work may not be stored safely with PASS after all.

No joke.. WORST APP EVER
I’m not exaggerating either.. like.. at all. PASS should be absolutely mortified by this presentation of their company. Granted, the company has gone significantly downhill; however, that still isn’t a reason for this app to be so poorly put together.. and to think I could be putting this headache on my clients, is actually incredibly disheartening and embarrassing!

So clunky
This used to be a good gallery service, but now the app is clunky and doesn’t work most of the time. Company is super unresponsive and unhelpful.
App crashed, can’t get it back
Photographer here - I’ve been using passgallery for 2 years, and I’ve had the app for about a year. Recently, the app crashed so I deleted and reinstalled it. The new installation doesn’t even have the logo on the screen widget; it’s just a black box. When I open the app, it’s usually blank, and when it’s not, I can only access one gallery at a time, with no back button, and I have to close the app to get to another gallery.
I don’t know what happened to the app I was using, but this new installation is the worst thing I’ve ever tried to use

Always crashes
This app crashes way too often. It’s incredibly frustrating having to close and reopen the app multiple times. Please fix these bugs.
