First time in over 20 years ive been disappointed, both curries ordered tasted identical apart from different meats, nann bread had no cheese or garlic on it, even though said it was, and rice was cold on arrival, understand its a saturday night but it was poor and its normally my go to place.

Easy clear ordering process, intuitive menu, all straightforward. Like the tracking as keeps you updated and no bother when paying or changing payment methods. Overall, works well and never had any issues.

Generally good but needs fine-tuning
Unable to re-order from previous order, app states ‘no items available’, so had to start from scratch. Also nowhere to redeem your loyalty points. Otherwise, easy to add items but could do with a search function and more detailed description of items

My regular takeaway order Price increased by almost £5 !!…also no option to use my loyalty points when ordering…have used this takeaway for years but will sadly not use again due to ridiculous price increases
