Terrible Pickup / Dropoff Locations
I have used this app twice and had issues both times. First time I scheduled a pickup to my exact location and I was told that I was getting picked up 10 blocks away from the location I requested. Second time I was picked up again from a completely different location and then I was dropped off multiple blocks away from my my drop off location. I was told since I don’t have any disabilities I could walk the rest of the way to my destination again more than 5 blocks away having to go through lots of rush hour traffic by the highway. What is the point of booking the service to an exact location and getting picked up and dropped off multiple blocks away? Called customer service and was told I get one time courtesy refund but nothing moving forward if I choose to continue riding with the app. Terrible service and terrible app.

Good idea, need more drivers
It’s so hard to find a ride sometimes, don’t get me wrong this app is amazing and is actually really helpful and affordable but, what do u mean they stop taking rides at 7 instead 8 or why it takes 2 hours to get a ride sometimes because of the lack of drivers or vehicles so yeah that’s it
Problemas con el mapa
Tienen q optimizar el mapa, puesto a q no sabes exactamente dónde vas o por dónde estas pasando hasta q llegas al destino,

$1.80 trips in my county is so sick!!
I’ve never been to Passaic Park so I’m heading there just to sit. Never been. How nice of a way to explore.
Best resource as a student!!
I’m a high school student in Passaic and oh my gosh this app has SAVED ME! I come from a low income household so $8-$12 on Ubers every week can add up. Apart from the free rides, the prices are reasonable and affordable! The driver was polite, respectful, and focused. Thank you Passaic!!
