Bad mobile app
This app is horrible when trying to manage cases on the phone and even when trying to access it on the browser with your login info via phone it won’t let you login via browsers with your same login info saved on the keychain password keeper you use for the app. When using the app and you try to add notes to a case, of the original case not is long you can’t copy and paste a note to the first original note. Also if you need to access multiple cases back and forth in the app the app freezes and you have to force close it and reload back in. The new update they sent out too is horrible when trying to bounce back into the Home Screen to see all running cases. The laying for the options display on the left side of the case is also horrible and not integrated well on the app either. This is one of the worst case management apps I’ve used when being a funeral director for over 10 years. They really need to fix the formatting and glitches. I hate using it for my cases.
