All passwords gone after update, support ignore to fix bug or error
17+ rating ????
Why is this app rated 17+ years of age to use it? I’ve used this app for years and wanted to have my 16 year old child to start using it as well and so I bought it for her and it said she was restricted from using it. I assume it’s because of the age restriction. Please refund me the $1 and explain the reason for the 17+ age restriction. I’ve never seen any reason for it in my years of using it.

In need of update
Can we have a regular updates to make sure this app stays compatible with all phones new software.
Wouldn’t recommend
Lost all my passwords when I had to get a new phone. It would be nice to back the information up incase your phone breaks.
Works Good But
Works good on iPhone and iPad but would be better if it synced between devices, iPhone, iPad and desktop pc, using the cloud. Also it would be nice if I could print everything out using my pc. Nonetheless it works as advertised.
Functional
It’s a decent app and does as intended. It lacks protection from password loss. 10 fails deletes everything. No pizzazz or fluff which is nice and it isn’t a resource hog when in use. The low score is from the lack of a reset ability and the lack of real customer support. No support site is available.

Easy to use
I’ve been using this app for years. It’s easy to use and I’ve never experienced an issue with the app itself. Nice and simple with a handy back-up feature.
Backup doesn’t work
Quite a handy basic password store, but cannot get the backup function I just paid for to get past connecting to PC. Fails to ask me to enter a password to allow export to commence. Dud.

I have used this for years to safely keep passwords. With face recognition on my iPhone and iPad I love it even more.

I have been using PassDiary for 10 years, keeping backups on my iPad and MacBook. It is easy to use, and secure, and easy to backup.
Very easy to use app
Out of all the password manager apps i have tried - I find this one the best and easiest to use. I thought I lost all my passwords when my phone needed a full restore but successfully was fixed from a back up.
Used to be good
When you use fingerprint to open it just goes in a loop and keeps on asking, can’t access my passwords 😞Update- 20/11/19 - Still doesn’t work. Used to work well, going elsewhere now.

After another iOS13 update, this seems to fix itself, but problem still pops up once in a while. iOS problem?

I updated this on my iPhone (ios13), and now it does not log itself in. It manage to read my finger print, but only a glimpse of my password list and goes back to “login” page again. Also pass code doesn’t work too.

Total Waste App for iphone
Works fine. The developer should increase space for writing notes as many websites require multiple questions and answers.

Simple and very easy to use. Definitely a good app for saving all the passwords you require for modern life safely. I’m so glad the developers are still updating it.

Love this app
I’ve used this password app for years. I keep everything from passwords, my kids info including college stuff, drivers liscense, social security numbers... anything that I may need at any given time.
I have the backup utility but have not used it yet. I’ve never lost any of my info even when getting a new phone. I’ve always had iPhones. There is a place for notes too so that is where I can put answers to security questions or whatever. I like this app because it’s simple and not cluttered.

Was simple & did what needed to. However now all fields overlap & stored info not clear 😡
Fine, but unable to contact developer
The email address for support queries does not work. I was asking if this app will work in ios11 64 bit, but sending the email got Delivery Failure - address does not exist. I am worried that the app is 32 bit so unable to be supported by ios11 and I don't want to update the iOS until I know i won't lose the app and all the password data. The last update was July 2016 ios8.

Lets you down when you need it most
After years of using this successfully, including transferring data to new phones, my latest phone change (despite being fully backed up) has seen this app lose all my passwords. I'm now stuffed. Fuming.
