Code via WhatsApp not SMS

La app me genera muchísimas preguntas respecto a la manera en que manejan los datos de los usuarios
App de viajes
Una app muy fácil de usar, sobre todo para un extranjero. Es fácil de ver los horarios y con varias opciones para elegir
Awful app
Creating an account is excruciatingly hard. They don’t send SMS as they claim. Password validation has mismatched lengths. They demand you not take screen captures. Buying tickets is way too difficult. In short, this app is a terrible unfriendly experience. Better to avoid it.

English?
Please add an English function and missing cities such as Jaco… 🙏
Decent
It works, the seat reserving system is pretty delayed and will show seats are reserved when they aren’t for like 5 minutes. Wish you could select another language when you first download the app. Got my seats though and leaving a review so people know its not a scam.
Pass on Passer
Consider purchasing your tickets directly from the driver instead of using Passer. This is always an option, but getting a refund from Passer is not if anything goes wrong. You will also save money on unnecessary service fees. They do not take responsibility for Tracopa’s poor service. If you’re lucky, you will only get credit to use within a month, which is useless if you’re leaving the country. Passer is a third-party app, and in our case, the departure time on our tickets was 10 minutes later than Tracopa’s departure time. There is no option to chat with a person on Sunday, so if your bus leaves without you (which happened to us) you’d better have extra cash to pay the driver because they will not honour tickets for any other times, even if the driver left before the scheduled departure time.

Horrific App
One of the least user-friendly apps you’ll find.
You aren’t allowed to book tickets for multiple people at the same time, they need to be done individually.
The number of terms you have to accept is silly and the app has a severe lack of information.

Not working
Save your time and buy the ticket in the bus
Tiene muchos errores
Necesitan actualizar la app
Easy
Súper easy to buy bus tickets for Costa Rica
Doesn’t work
In order to use the app you have to create an account. It never sends a PIN to your phone after you put your phone number in. I tried more than 5 times
Ridiculous
To create an account, you need to use a code sent via message. Except, you have 2 minutes time to add it but the message arrives 30 minutes later it not all .After trying dozen of times, on different days and different times, I gave up.
Confusing
Super confusing app. Thank god for their customer service help, too bad I needed so much of it.
Pretty good Nice and simple
The app is pretty intuitive and not troublesome. Pretty happy.
English?
Good app, but needs English translation/option!!!
