What's New in PassGen Plus

September 11, 2026
Version 2.0 is a complete rebuild with three major additions: Pronounceable Passwords — A new mode generates passwords using alternating consonant-vowel patterns. They sound speakable without being dictionary words, striking a balance between memorability and strength. Entropy Display — The strength meter now shows the exact entropy in bits so you know precisely how strong a password is rather than relying on a color alone. Guaranteed Character Requirements — When numbers or special characters are enabled, at least one is always guaranteed to appear — eliminating the rare case where a generated password didn't meet site requirements.
