Untauglich

Die App funktioniert nicht für den User, sondern dient zu seiner Überwachung. Mir wurde nicht einmal die vollständige Nr. meiner PassoTaraftarCard mitgeteilt. Physisch bekommt man sie als Ausländer ja nicht.
Einzig durch die Registrierung unserer ID konnten wir die gekauften Karten an der Stadionkasse abholen.
Dafür wird mein Sohn mit Newslettern zugespamt, obwohl alle Einstellungen diesbezüglich deaktiviert sind.

Schlechte App

Sehr schlechte und komplizierte app, die super unzuverlässig ist und mal funktioniert wenn man Glück hat. Ebenfalls ist die app nur in türkisch was es für Ausländer sehr schwer macht! Muss umbedingt überarbeitet werden!

They ask you tons of personal information, you are forced to accept also their marketing messages, then you don’t find any of the basic places you’d expect to find. Including main tourist attractions. It just doesn’t work.

The app doesn’t work.

I have been trying for days to get the app to work. I am traveling from overseas to see a Turkish futbol match and the app doesn’t work. I have my digital card set up but you have to have Passo to even get into the stadium..

Die Türken denken auch ich will das Stadion in die Luft jagen! Ich will einfach nur ein Spiel sehen und muss meine ganze Lebensgeschichte da angeben. Und dann auch noch für 20€ eine Karte kaufen die ich brauche um mir dann noch eine richtige KARTE zu kaufen. Einfach dumm kriegt das System in Griff das man sich normal ein Ticket kaufen kann.

Unfähig und nicht ausgereift. Sehr sehr amateurhaft

Ich habe noch nie so eine schlechte App gesehen, die eigentlich so wichtig ist. Man braucht die App um z.B. in Fußballstadien reinzukommen, aber die App so fehlerhaft und kompliziert gemacht. Sehr schade. Ich bin schon zum wiederholten Male in der Türkei um ein Spiel zu schauen, aber muss um mein Ticket kämpfen, weil meine bereits hinterlegte Kreditkarte abgelehnt wird. Einfach so. Ich habe vorher damit bezahlen können, aber die von Passolig lehnen diese Karte seit neustem ab. Einfach so. Beim kundensupport braucht man garnicht anrufen. Die können einen nicht weiterhelfen. Sehr schade.
