Payment processing
Great app but had one issue.
When processing payment the expiration date block for your credit card is defaulted to the month & year your in. So if your like me and attempt to change the month before the year and your expiration month is Jan and presently it’s July, change the year first then you’ll be able to change the month.

If you just need the picture go somewhere else
After going through the process of getting an appropriate picture the app makes you pay for either a printed copy or a digital copy. I just need a passport type photo and wasted my time because I’m not going to pay $5 for a picture I took of myself.

Horrible App
Does not give you time to frame a picture. As soon as a face is recognized in the frame it automatically takes a picture and asks for your personal info.

Can only use front camera
The app only allows you to use the front camera, selfie-style, which the passport service does not recommend as it gives a distorted view of the face. If they allowed you to use the back camera of your phone, it could be a good app.
Great for baby and toddler photos
Used this app To get photos of my baby and toddler for their passports and it worked great! Highly recommend!
Bad quality photos
Took pictures, have them send the be printed at my local CVS : quality was horrible. CVS blame the app for sending bad quality file, the app blame CVs for having bad printer. Ask to be send to another CVS, still horrible quality pictures, pixels everywhere. Exchange many email with the customer service who told me they will not give me money back but instead print and send me the pictures themself. It’s now Saturday and still no pictures in my mailbox and my appointements is Monday morning. Long story short : been driving three times to two different locations, spent $20 and I have no pictures. Now going to CVS to take regular pictures and get printed in 10’. To save $10 cost me more money wise and time wise. App : 0/10 star ; customer service : 8/10 stars for trying and being very responsive. Never again.

Doesn’t work
Your app didn’t work. I want my money back. I sent initial photo, which you guaranteed the app would confirm that it was acceptable. Then I got an email saying the photo was not acceptable and to send another photo. Then I did not get a response. This is fraud.

Taiwan passport success
My wife needed a new Taiwan passport and getting a photo in the US is painful or expensive. We tried this app and bought all of the additional services. The photo we took with the app didn’t work, but the person who contacted us through the app just asked for a bunch of selfies, which they then fixed and sent to be printed at CVS. Very quick (a few hours total) and only about $14.

Bad service, bad customer service, SCAM!!!!
DO NOT do it.
You will regret. This is the worst “places” to order your pictures from. They will end up printing from a CVS or Walgreens and will charge you tons of money plus the experience you will deal with their customer service and their refund policy is just unacceptable.
They will not refund you all of your money even for a non delivered service.
They fool around customers. This is A SCAM from china or somewhere like that. Be aware!!!!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️

Useless
Used the app to take a picture as instructed and submitted my order. Only got back an email asking me to retake the picture WITHOUT using the app. Didn’t tell me what’s wrong with the picture. Why bother paying $10 using the app when the company can’t use the picture. Then they told me they have to charge me 10% to cancel my order. So basically they make $1 for each time any user tries for the app and let them steal user’s identity…this is totally fraud.

You can take a selfie and upload it to hundreds of websites which will do the same thing for free. What is the point of this app!?

I ordered Canadian passport photos and they shipped me US passport photos instead. If I had not double checked I would’ve mailed it in and been rejected! Customer service tried to claim I ordered US dimensions but I double checked this before the order. The app doesn’t let you view your previous orders and they don’t email a receipt of the full order. How convenient! The “track your order” on the website does not work, it just clears the form. I paid extra for the expert review. They wouldn’t even send me a digital version. Waste of my time and money!

I get to the end and it keeps telling me that something is blank when it is not. I’ve tried starting over, clicking every field, etc. It will not let me progress.
