Got ripped off
Purchased a photo twice (I was desperate) and didn’t receive 1 via email (yes I checked spam).
Emailed and never got a response ... booooo!

App got requirements wrong
My first complaint is that once I took a photo on the app, the app would show me only a tiny thumbnail of the photo. There was no way to see the photo full screen, which made choosing a photo difficult.
My second complaint is that the app charges $6.99 for the digital file of each photo. It doesn’t help you print at all.
My third complaint is that the app got the requirements wrong! In all my photos through the app, my head is much too small, and the government rejected the photos. I was using the photo for Austria, which says the photo has to be 45 mm tall, with the head taking up at least 39 mm. The app made my head barely half the height of the photo (23 ish mm).
A waste of time and money!

Printing
I’m have severe problems printing. They photo prints too large. Why doesn’t it print in the correct size? I’m trying to print a Chinese VISA photo and it prints HUGE! Can someone help me!!! Your app support site does not even work. I’d like a FULL REFUND for my photo please!

I didn’t read anywhere where you are not recommended to try to print the picture yourself. After paying for the photo found out I would need to take it to Walgreens to have it printed out. Totally takes away from being a convenient app. I planned to print it at home. I have to go to the store to get it printed so I should’ve just had a picture taken there. Was not worth the money at all
