They don’t mention that it will be $8 to download the photo; also only downloads as a pdf, not a file type accepted by the passport agency!

They charge you $10 and only let you download once. Not even multiple picture format. You need to pay every time when you do this but App says onetime purchase. Big SPAM stay away

Terrible scam. For the 8 dollar charge you only get to use it once. These are crooks. I want my money back

I trusted the app would provide what I paid for and it didn't.

I followed the steps and paid and at the end I didn't get the download as promised. Do not buy this app.
