Do Not Buy!

The photos are rejected even when I retake several times. You pay £4.99 per photo and it isn’t accepted by the passport agency. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Awful

Awful.. Photo was rejected each time I’ve tried to take the photo again and again the photo is not cut in appropriate way. They cut one shoulder which should be visible… so photo is rejected !! I don’t not recommend !! Waste of money..

It seems that your clothing was similar to the background, which caused our background removal algorithm to mistakenly remove part of your shoulder.
