WASTE OF MONEY
This device barely tracks your vehicle. My vehicle currently has been away from the house for over 2 hours and still says it’s still there. It’s done it in upwards of 8 hours even after refreshing the app. It does this everyday. I thought maybe the online site would be updated, but it says “Encore is in sleep mode. The map reflects its last location before entering sleep mode.” It’s supposed to track movement, but the device is always in sleep mode. This service is trash and a complete waste of money.

This is by far one of the worst tracking apps I’ve ever used. The location data is completely outdated and unreliable. A vehicle can be gone from a location for 7 hours, yet the app still shows it sitting there.
I even tested it myself, and the results were terrible. By the time the app updates, the vehicle has already left, making the tracking feature almost useless.
If the purpose of this app is to help you locate your vehicle in real time, it fails badly. The developers need to improve the GPS update frequency and accuracy because, in its current state, this app is frustrating and unreliable. I cannot recommend it.

Not worth the money
It takes hours to almost a whole day for it to update. If your vehicle gets stolen you won’t know it moved until hours later. Not even worth $100 let alone $700-$800. It’s apparently a must have disappointment if you get a new car…

Don’t waste your money
The app is not at all close on location. It showed my car in the middle of San Francisco Bay when I was parked about 1/2 mile away. The BMW app does a better job at location. This Is just an add on dealers are making money on but it doesn’t actually work.
Recently this app keeps sending messages not showing car position

Doesn’t seem to be working, it will only show where my car was two days ago. It seems that would make it quite hard to recover if ever stolen. Would need a Time Machine to go back and get it.
