Perfect several releases back
The app is just broken now, you can’t edit nor add new passwords. The icons are unclickable and unresponsive.I gave this a 5 a while back, but the latest release was 3 years ago. It broke at some macOS version several months ago. AI is telling me the app was build using SDK 13.0, which corresponds to macOS 13 Ventura, and is indicating the app is outdated.
I installed this on another Mac just to see if it was my computer, it behaved exactly the same. If this is fixed I will rate as 5 stars again

Disappointing
Customer service as awful as the app
Last 2-3 months the quality of the APP is ridiculous
I’m using the Passwarden App for 2+years. But the last 2-3 months, I believe it’s related to the MacOS updates, some of the basic functionality isn’t working as expected. For instance I can’t authorise in my MAC APP with Touch ID, the relevant setting parameter is just not clickable!!
The same with the icon «+» when you want to add a new record with passwords or other info. It’s not working!
On the web and iOS everything is ok.
I’ve highlighted that issue to support, but they said to me that they acknowledged and can’t provide the ETA when it will be fixed!
It is not a client-oriented approach!

Cigar dropped recently
“Close but no cigar” applies here, but only because their macOS app really doesn’t work very well since Apple brought out Tahoe (26). You can no longer add or edit any entries. However, the iOS and iPadOS apps still work perfectly and I hope those clever folk at KeepSolid will sort things out soon…

Too many options
I get security is important but if you can’t customize what you want to see or review then what’s the use of the app. Entering the master password every single time is annoying when you’ve already selected multiple ways to secure your information. I’m thinking of dropping this app and moving to another one.

Could use a widget like 1password or sticky Password for the Browser if it had that it would be a 5 it is a good way to secure passwords. Also other improvements would be nice I am sure they will imporve it over time. Love the cross Platform compatability.

Years later… still no export? Thats a very shady and despicable way to retain customers. Hostile. “Developers”, “claim” that it’s in “the works”, but have no timeline. They’ve been claiming this for years. Either they’re the worlds worst, laziest, or fakest developers in the world, or it’s a fully intentional (lack of) effort to make it exceptionally difficult for customers to move on to better more friendly software. What a joke. You’ve been warned.

Extremely confusing
No way to export
After waiting months there is still no way to export. I've asked several times and it's still "coming soon".
Great Overall app
The only thing stopping me for giving 5 stars is the unlock with touch id Feature.
It reset every 2 weeks or so, and I need to manually go to settings and check the "Unlock with touch Id", for this to work I need to retype the master password. After several months using this app I get mad everytime I need to reconfigure this. PLEASE FIX IT

I brought this a month ago had a few problems at first got in touch with Passwarden support and they very quickly replied and had all the problems sorted within a couple fo hours.....
I have now got it operating perfectly
But wait a minute it, it has stopped working again
I now have to copy & paste
It seams that it is a hit & miss program

Great Password Manager
Works as expected and does it's job well with plenty of applications available for all the platforms I need.
The only thing I would ask for is an offline use mode if possible as I have required a password from my device on a few odd occations but my device did not have signal to load.
