Error while going to settings
How can I take back of this data as I am not able to enter Settings. Using iPhone 14 with iOS 18.
Data just vanished
I had been using this app for over 5 years I think and I was loving it. But suddenly, one day all of my data was gone, they were not letting me authenticate using my face Id or pin or anything anymore. It kept crashing on opening. I just lost all my data. This app had been transferred to multiple phones I switched nicely and this time it wasnโt even a phone change - so Iโm not sure what happened. It almost felt like the servers were gone for this app.
Naturally, I double checked for any updates that contain bug fix or whatever after the last update (which I think caused the issue) - but I found nothing. I ended up uninstalling this app and I donโt think Iโll reinstall even it gets fixed due to unreliability and no support whatsoever.
I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because I enjoyed using this app for last few years and it worked perfectly.

I was using Passcode by same developer.
Suddenly one day I could not open it as the app needed updating and it had been removed from the App Store. I have had to reset so many passwords because of this. I hope this dies not happen with this app.
My advice is to never ever rely on an app as solely the way to store your passwords.

Can not load to my new phone
Iโm very disappointed that I paid for this full version when it was called passcodes. Now that it has changed to a different app. I cannot restore my paid full version on my new phone. Still waiting for a response/support from developer.

Download and try to enter information, as soon as you try to save you are told to save you have to payยฃ3.99 to save .If you want payment ask up front, donโt get people to download a โfreeโapp then charge them to use it
Old to New
I have used this app for over 5 years and I love the ease and simplicity of use, both entry and lookup. However, I had an issue with going from the old version to the new version when changing phones. The old version created backups with the sqlite extension and the new version with the db extension. There was no way to convert from one version to the other. Additionally, I reached out to the provided email, yet no response was received in over a week.
Also, I had the pro version of the app and could not transfer the purchase when changing appleids.

Beware of this app
I have used this app by the same developer but he called it Passcodes. I have lost everything as he has DELETED THE APP AND THE DEVELOPER NEVER NOTIFIED USERS OF UPCOMING DELETION.
