Need to Fix the Problem
UPDATE: As of your last update of nov or Dec 2024 to version 16.15, I cannot delete an entry. If I try to deleted the app deletes another entry that I didn’t choose. I have ten entries that I’m unable to delete. Please fix the problem. Update: As of the last update on Oct 31, 2022 I’m unable to retrieve my passwords from my iPad. The App was working then an update happened since the last updates back in 2021 the app sto working on my iPad. The App opens but it does not et me retrieve, add or do anything on the App. Please fix the problem that a lot of us are having not able to retrieve our passwords. Every time you have an update I’m hopeful to have the problem fixed, but it’s not the case. I feel you don’t care. Proof me wrong and fix the problem so I can recommend the App other people. Hoping the problem will be fixed.

No saving passwords
I’ve had this for years from the very beginning now I can’t save passwords. I can’t delete old passwords what is going on and every time I send a question for help I’m not getting it. Please help because when it works it’s a 10 all the way around.

Bug in sync
The idb data sync does not work between devices via airdrop. While the file is dropped to the target device, the import tab does not show the new file. This used to work in earlier versions.
Security is madness
Open iPasssafe on iPhone to get details of a specific site and switch to another app to enter specific details. When switching back to iPasssafe you have to log on again and then find the right site details. And then repeat, and repeat and repeat. WHY does iPasssafe log you off when you are trying to retrieve data. Madness and impossible to work productively.

Locked out
I have been using this app for years with out any problem and all of a sudden it stooped recognizing my face id. As soon as i try to launch the face id it says- Password for biometric login not saved. Do u want to save after the next successful log in. … and it asks for password.
Even after giving password it don't open, keep saying wrong password.
All my passwords and documents are now locked inside with out any way to get to it and the report the issue, their support is unavailable and the website down.
My face id on phone and all other apps working just right with out any issue.

Still great - Update #4
The application has remained stable and works on multiple phones. All bugs corrected. Reminder to email yourself a copy and save the email. You can then use the copy to upload it back on app if you change your device. Thanks to developer.

BEST PASSWORD APP! PassSafe version 15.70 is finally fixed!!
FINALLY after 3 months of inability to use my iPad version, Everything seems to work again and no data was lost. Also now has option on right side with up arrow to Go directly to website login page with name and PW inserted for simple login to website with one click! Plus, NOW I can access the “Print ALL category” feature as advertised by tapping the three lines in the upper left hand corner…and a drop down menu of “3 View Items” opens! I submitted my request to support and on the APP page several times but it was never published. I’ve tried to get “help” via the support option but no response and no other way to make contact with developers? So finally it was fixed…so THANKS and now this is a super app!

Починили, наконец! А зачем сломали?? В общем, работает. Но доверия только на четыре.

App is very buggy, does not remember sort settings any more and upload / download from Dropbox has disappeared.

Mid this year iPass Safe sent an update to their app which then asked a couple of innocuous questions and suddenly deleted the 200+ passwords I had stored there over a few years of trouble free operation.
It all caused great upheaval and so have not used it since and cannot recommend it to anyone!

Update: 12/1/2022. Thank you for finally fixing this app! I am surprised that it took approximately three months to fix the bug that this allowed accessing passwords. Keep it working well and you have a happy customer.
