Years of data lost
Pathetic excuse for a password manager. I lost years of data after my phone upgrade. I’ve had this app on different devices for years and now suddenly after the last update everything is gone. Junk software at best.
Frustrating at times
Love to keep my passwords in one spot. Hate that when I try to add new login/pw, the app crashes and kicks me out. Just started recently. I paid for the advanced version so it’s not the free version. Doesn’t seem like there is anyway to contact support either. Frustrated!!

Don’t do it
If your facial recognition stops working or you need to recover your password the only option is to reset app and loose everything. No recovery option.
When I updated the data all disappeared !

Very disappointed!
After several years of loving this program, I lost all of my data. Even having a backup would not help. I could not load the file after iOS update. I reached out to the developer and only heard crickets. Very disappointed.

Poor useabikity
Once you accidentally delete there is no undelete. I have so many times deleted a record then had to spend time re entering everything again
Terrible app
This app has become worthless for my iPad Pro ever since the update to iOS 15. Use to work great but now won’t even open. I have written to app support and they haven’t responded. It seems to me that they aren’t very concerned. For now it still works on my iPhone 13 but I am concerned every time Apple sends new updates. I am currently searching for a new password app that is more dependable.

Seems to work Ok but annoying little issues like not being able to change icon " type" in Notebook" are enough to have me looking for an alternative app
Support is non existent. I’ve sent several messages asking for help on how to clear a assumed message indicator on the iPassSafe app icon (red circled 1 in the upper right corner) and had zero response. Granted it’s the free version of the app but this lack of support will 100% keep me from upgrading.

Not working since new update. They won’t return emails . . . Time to find a new app.
