Loses your passwords
Mobile App keeps losing our passwords. Tried to contact Keepass for help but no help recovering. Lost my passwords twice now and my wife lost hers once. Not worth it.
Deleted passwords and no support
I’ve been using this app for years and all of a sudden all of my passwords that I had saved are gone. I submitted a help request and can’t get anyone to return my email.

Deleted all of my passwords
This app deleted all of my passwords. They were there yesterday and now they are gone. Do not use this password manager. Also there is no way to update passwords or logins. There are better free password managers available.
Great for free, but…
Great app for being free but just opened it and all of my stored PW’s have been mysteriously wiped clean. Thanks.
Lost all of my passwords
Worst experience I have ever had with mobile app. Had to retype passwords into my new phone. Thought I would turn on cloud sync to get around that. After turning that on I could no longer open most of my passwords. App kept crashing. Some of my passwords were just gone. Gave up and am resetting them all and deleting this HORRIBLE app.

Absolutely pathetic!
If I could give LESS stars I would! What is the point of saving your passwords on not for the app to change them! Everything I have entered and saved has CHANGED. Don’t waste your money on this rubbish

Don’t use this app
I was doing great for about a year, my phone upgraded and everything was gone. I liked the app and I’m not saying it was the apps fault but if all my account and passwords disappear for whatever reason then it’s no good to me. I didn’t purchase the backup offered thru the app then my bad but why offer the app at all if this is going to happen !!!! I certainly wouldn’t want to upgrade if this is possible.

All my passwords are gone now
This is NOT the app you want
Can’t edit, delete or update any passwords. Cannot sort passwords alphabetically or otherwise. What a hot mess. Looking for new app as I write this review.
It forgets my passwords!
So this works fine and then one day I try to log in only to be told to create a new password and all my saved passwords and gone! This has happened so many times to me I can’t use this app any longer. It forgets my passwords faster than my own brain does!
All my passwords disappeared for no reason
I didn’t do any upgrades or updates recently but I logged in and suddenly all my passwords are gone! This is such a freaking waste don’t ever download this app.
All data gone
Opened the app today and all my data was gone. I see other reviews like this.
Do not use this app as your data will be wiped from your device eventually rendering the app completely useless in the long run.

Terrible
Changed all my passwords using the generator. Went in the next day and all passwords deleted
A scam
I download this because It represented itself as keepass…. That was a lie that the Apple store allowed these scammers to present for months if not years

If you lookAt the readings over 90% over the last year have been one star and yet somehow Apple allows this to remain a 4.5 star rated app.
Sketchy crap like this makes one lose all faith in the Apple store and it’s supposed consumer protection functions

Just absolute trash. The app deleted several passwords. No response from dev. Had I been someone that didn’t back things up, would be in trouble. Devs - you should take this personally and probably rethink your career, and probably, life choices.
Can’t transfer info to replacement phone
Got a new phone and see no method to transfer accounts/passwords to new device
Unreliable App
I got this app at the suggestion of a person I work with who works in IT security. After some research about the reliability of this app, I downloaded it and put a bunch of passwords in. A few months later, every single password was gone, deleted from my account for some reason - not by any doing of my own. Very disappointed.
