WARNING
I’ve been using this app for a few years now. Two weeks ago all of my data disappear. I contacted the company and apparently there is no way to restore a backup. So if you think your data is being backed up and you would be able to restore if something happened, that is untrue. I’m beyond disappointed with this app and the support I received or lack there of.

Dear Support Team,
I’ve sent several emails but haven’t received a response. I’m reaching out again regarding a serious issue I encountered.
While saving a new password entry, the app screen suddenly refreshed. After that, the app appeared as if newly installed, with all my previous data missing.
Please note that the sync option had been active the entire time. However, I can’t find any option to recover or redownload my previous data.
I urgently need assistance to restore my records. Please advise as soon as possible.

Pour créer un mot de passe pour un service personnalisé c est à dire pas présent dans la liste par défaut il faut déjà faire une recherche puis à partir du nom recherché, la création sera possible.
C est très étrange de passer par une fonction rechercher pour faire une création j ai failli passer à côté.

I was only able to put in 5 passwords before it required me to sign up for their upgrade, which I can’t afford. I have way more than even 15 passwords, so this isn’t helpful. Please fix this.

Wouldn’t even let me put in the password to unlock the app! I don’t know weather it’s because my ipads old or not but either way, that needs to be improved about the app
Enhance the Sync and search
I have iPhone and iPad and I hope that you can enhance the sync between both it takes time to have new password appears on the device even if I manually clicked on Sync.
Also the search is rigged and it is case sensitive it should be more flexible to find similar word or part instead of the only first letter of the title.

No tech support
I’ve had this app for years with no problems. Then I lost all of my passwords and data two months ago. I’ve written to tech support twice since then. Each time I’ve received an automated response saying someone would investigate my issue and get back to me. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
