We understand how concerning it can feel when something doesn’t seem to be working properly, especially when it involves your passwords. Please rest assured that our Password Manager is designed with strong security and privacy in mind. Your data is protected with end-to-end encryption, and the password you set for it acts as your personal encryption key. It is never shared with us or stored on our servers. We also do not require personal information to use the app. All your saved data remains on your device, and if Sync & Backup is enabled, it is securely stored only in your own iCloud account. Only someone with access to your device or iCloud account and who knows your vault password could access your data. If the app is not working after reinstalling, it may be related to your iCloud connection, password input, vault selection, or Sync & Backup settings. We’d be happy to look into this with you and help resolve it as quickly as possible. Please feel free to reach out to us at support@2stable.com with more details about what you’re seeing.
