App Behaviour Recently Bad
After updating IOS 26 this app behaviour looks not proper. Editing not allowing properly and deleted text reappearing. Behaving this app abnormal. This app I have purchased looking for fix for long time. Please respond dear app owner.
Great app
This is the best App for password. Works great and is user friendly.
Do Not Use
I used this app for 5 years. It had all my passwords in. One day it simply disappeared for no apparent reason. I tried to re-install it but it had lost all the data. The contact email address is @yahoo. So that says it all really. A friend experienced the same thing a couple of years ago and I thought it was user error. But clearly the app is just awful.

Where is the developer and why no one responds?
Maybe I will have better luck this way. Developer does not respond to request for support. Can someone please respond?
Backup and restore function does not work
I have used iPassword “Password Manager Pro” for a few years and found it very good. I am now trying to backup and restore it to a new device. None of the directions in the help files seem to work. I have reached out for help but heard nothing back. I don’t think this is a good app if you can’t backup and save your password vault. Don’t buy this app.

Total waste poor documentation, mainly just a junk app, mistake. With this purchase
Image changed and I deleted app thinking it was malware!!
I’ve had this app for over a decade and it’s never changed it’s app image.. but it just changed and I thought it was a spyware app! Deleted the whole thing with all my passwords. Decades of passwords. Ruined.
Excellent app - well worth paying for
It's always been a great app and life saver with so many password needed nowadays.
A while back had an issue where Face id wasn't available on the XS Max but was available on the XS.
However this has been resolved and the app works well.
It would be great if it synced across my iPhone and iPad without me having to backup one and download to the other.

Don't bother with Pro version
Having just paid good money for the Pro version, I find it has no improvements or extra features over the free version and still has the same issues such as i)will back up with wifi but cannot restore with with wifi, ii) cannot export data in a common format such as csv. If developer cannot fix, he/she should refund the cost.

App is great except for one thing. It would be nice if it had a print option.
Utter failure
I’ve been using this app for years. I finally had an instance where I needed to restore from backup and IT DOESNT WORK!! Beware, do not use this garbage app. I lost my phone, got a new one, linked to my Dropbox account, went to restore from backup, it even says “succeeded”… nothing. Everything is gone. This app is pure trash. The headaches I’m going through now are unforgivable. Never again.

Back and/or Restore fails 90% of the to and from Dropbox
I have used this app for several years, however, recently backup / restore fails 90% of the time. This is unacceptable. It work, now it does not. I Paid, it’s time to fix the problem
Big screw-up!
I have used this program for many many years. Version 7.3.1 corrupted text files stored under Others menu option! Apparently only very small files are supported. Please, test your releases before publishing them. Now I lost confidence that my information will not be lost forever.
Love the app, but one BIG regret
It’s been my main go to password manager for years. I have one regret though.
There’s no option to export the data in an easily recognized standard format like PDF, XLS, TXT, DOC, CSV, etc.
It would be easiest to do especially for those of us who don’t have any pictures and all we have our passwords and some notes. And the fear is what if I do an upgrade and the app stops working on my phone & I have no way to retrieve my data. With the ability to do a back up to one of the formats above at least I have my data in a readable format. But you don’t give us that option which is very disappointing.

Do Not Trust or waste your time with this app
I cannot synch my contents on iPhone to two of iPads I own using iCould or over WiFi. I followed their instructions and even gave up and deleted apps then downloaded again. Nothing works. I wrote email to their support from the link they provided, comes back with delivery failure. Do not trust this app. I need to look for a better app with legitimate customer service.

Update older version PLZ
Can’t get into my older version of app due to new iOS 15.5! It won’t open and it won’t update! All my passwords…GONE!!! No access. Email of pwdsafe@yahoo doesn’t work either.
Search still causes a crash
For a long time now whenever a search is tried, it causes the app to totally crash. This update has still not fixed that major bug.

J’ai acquis cette application il y a plusieurs années. Il n’est plus supporté. Il est impossible de rejoindre le concepteur et la fonction backup n’est plus opérationnelle.
