Fantastically simple but bugs
Used this app for years and love it, so simple, doesn’t over complicate things. Yes I went through the same nightmare when it suddenly wouldn’t load, something to do with the iOS version, but I had back-ups. My main annoyance is that ever since I have used this app, well over 10years, the search function has crashed the app…..various iPads over the years and it still does the same thing. Come on developer, sort it please.

LOVE THIS!!
Been using it for YEARS!!! Been too preoccupied to write a review. This app is great. Never had any issues with tampering. Love the option to make folders, cut, copy, and paste. So easy to customize and organize!!! Recently backed up info through Dropbox and transferred to new phone. SEAMLESS!! Don’t change ANYTHING except maybe a bigger icon selection to include iPhone emoji keypad or something similar. Thank you for keeping things simple and functional. So many app developers have updates after update that make you wonder what’s changing. Not an issue with this app! Love love love it!!

Do not use
I used this app for 5 years. It had all my passwords in. One day it simply disappeared for no apparent reason. I tried to re-install it but it had lost all the data. The contact email address is @yahoo. So that says it all really. A friend experienced the same thing a couple of years ago and I thought it was user error. But clearly the app is just awful.

I don’t understand all the negative teviews, this app works perfectly for me. I’ve running it on a apple 14, before this phone had a iphone 11 and that worked perfectly for years. Ive updated everytime, kept up with ios updates and everything has worked from day 1. Never once seen a pop up and I haven’t purchased a single thing from the developer. Not sure why others are having issues? But works great for me.

Password not working
I have used this app to keep my passwords, but since it has changed format recently, I cannot even get into it as it does not accept my password. Truly crazy, please can someone support this app problem quickly.
Doesn’t back up
I’ve used this password manager app for a while but it’s time to find a new one. This app recently changed its icon, so when I was cleaning out old apps from my phone, I deleted it. When I finally realized what happened, I found it on the App Store and downloaded it again. I “restored” my info and passwords but the data that was “restored” is very old data. None of my recent passwords are there, which renders this app useless to me now.

Good password manager works without subscriptions
Gets the job done but sometimes iCloud backup doesn’t work well.

I previously had the paid version, then out of the blue the app wouldn’t work because it no longer recognised me.

Unable to open after years
I am unable to open the app, it keeps asking me for my password. It’s not taking any of my passwords, and it’s also not recognizing my Face ID. Then a box shows up and tells me to put in my code, which I’ve never done before, all of a sudden, I can’t use this. did something recently changed? I wish I can contact somebody. I know it’s a free app so that’s nice but it’s unfortunate. I can’t use it anymore.

My phone had an update yesterday and now I can’t access my information on this accoung
Beware, this version may disappear one day!!
I used the Silver PAID version for 10 yrs with no problem. Suddenly this developer decided UPDATE and to eliminate the app without updating to work with current iphone IOS. All thousands of us who had used this lost hundreds of passwords and stored info. He gave us NO WARNING to retrieve and backup our info!! I would never trust this developer in any app! Buyer beware!!

This app is simple, has great back up and easy to use. After a year, I upgraded to the password manager pro for $4.99.( to get unlimited entries )
All has been great and so easy to use . Especially from a non technical guy!
