Switched phones. And not been able to access the app since. No technical support whatsoever. Passwords are important. Don’t use this site unless you don’t mind not being able to access them.
Only one issue…
This is a cool app but I can’t seem to back the account up to my email or Dropbox…it keeps saying that it’s failed. I’m on my free 3-day trial but don’t think I’ll actually subscribe, due to this issue, as it was one of the main reasons as to why I wanted to upgrade to PRO. Any suggestions??

Not same across phones
I was using this app for years on a Galaxy S21 Ultra. Loved it. Had no problems and it was easy to use. Have over 50 passwords saved through free version with ability to add more. Recently upgraded my phone to an iPhone. I’m now limited to 50 passwords unless I upgrade to the pro version. Very unhappy with this difference based on if you’re using iOS or android. Won’t be using it anymore as I can’t store all my passwords in one place like I used to.

Consistently Solid

You can’t change your password never gives you the option

Ich nutze die Pro Version schon seit vielen Jahren und bin absolut begeistert von der App. Daher nach Jahren nochmal eine zweite Rezension. Für die App zahlte ich gerne einmalig als Pro-Version, denn die Entwicklung kostet auch Zeit und Geld. Support hatte ich einmal genutzt, was soll ich sagen: Alles top! Hatte noch nie Probleme mit der App, egal auf welchem Gerät oder Softwareversion sie installiert wurde. Klar und einfach strukturiert, genau so soll es sein. Auch Updates werden in unterschiedlichen Zeiträumen geliefert und hoffe, dass dadurch die Aktualität und Sicherheit immer an vorderster Stelle steht.

Not Bad App
This app is pretty good however the cost of £25 for a basic password database is a bit extreme. If it was a £10 one off payment for lifetime access to the entire apps capabilities I.E Face ID and unlimited entries I would definitely buy it and I believe a there would be a lot more people who would also purchase a lifetime pass. No one in their right mind would pay £10 to use this app for only 1 year.

It lost all my passwords
As per the title- it lost all my passwords. They were irretrievable.
Ein verstecktes Juwel
Ich habe lange nach einem Passwortmanager gesucht der ebenso mit meinem MAC, iPad und iPhone kompatibel ist. Nach etlichen gelesenen Rezensionen und Berichten aus der Fachpresse wollte ich ein Produkt nicht aus Übersee.. An dieser App finde ich besonders wichtig dass die Daten rein lokal gespeichert werden Es gibt keine Cloud oder sonstige Web-Connections. Der übertrag der Daten erfolgt rein Manuel mit einem Datenbank Backup. Klingt Old-School,ist aber ein echter Sicherheitsgewinn. Das Handling ist klasse. Es steckt bestimmt viel Arbeit dahinter. Und daher ist der Preis für absolut fair und angemessen. Besonders gut ist auch dass man nicht NUR ein Abo abschliessen kann sondern auch die Möglichkeit eines Einmalkaufs gegeben wird. 100% Empfehlung!

Had the pro version of this app on the android platform. Requested the developer to transfer the license. Received a negative and arrogant response. Most developers are willing to help.
Great Password App
I have the PRO version
I’ve used this password manager for years. Recommended it to my son and he uses it as well. The app should have a 5 star rating, every one of the “bad reviews” are left by users that don’t understand what is explained upfront.
1. You canNOT access this app if you forget the password to it. It will require that you delete ALL data to start over with a different password.
2. If you purchase the PRO version you can do automatic backups, BUT that data is stored locally on your device. This app does NOT connect to the internet so there is no way for it to sync across devices!! If you want to share data across devices, YOU will need to send or email the backup file to the desired device yourself.
I love the ability for you to create multiple Categories to organize your passwords. And you can add personalized input fields for each password, so you can save more than just your username and password for individual entries.
My only suggestions, would be:
1. When generating passwords you could select which symbols to exclude in generated passwords.
2. And that the app would allow for more customization or theme choices.

Great Secure App
This is a great password App
I love the fact that is only located on my phone. Every password can be entered and be safe. I hate that it closes/ locks every time I move to another screen but I also love that. It feels very secure!!!

I signed up when I got phone under a recommendation and the stock app was better. I got a refund in April but this app keeps charging me monthly in the middle of the month for a canceled subscription. I filed grievance with app representatives and heard nothing back, this is not worth the trouble. Terrible no response and still trying to collect money

Amazing App ! Easy to use!
I have been using this for more than 5 years now. The app has been designed to make it easy to use and secure. Hope the app developer keep maintaining it well going forward.
If ALL apps were as trusted and easy
This app makes passwords and online life easy and far less complicated because you only have to remember 1 password, that being the password to this app! I forgot mine after my initial use and contacted Robert, which said I would have to start over. That told me he created this app with good intention for the users. I’ve never had any issues and have been using it for years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this app to people I know and now people I don’t!

I did love it, but lost all my data when I upgraded my iPhone, and there is no email for support.

I am using in my opinion a great program, so far I have not found any bugs, very easy to learn and use, I might go for the upgrade soon, keep it up!! Thanks

1. On the "Data" page, categories can only be displayed as "cards". Could you add a list view option in the ios version?
2. The program doesn't allow uploading PDF files larger than 1.02 MB. Is this fixable?
3. It would be great to have the option to upload custom icons for entries instead of only using the preset ones.
4. Can manual sorting of entries be added, rather than sorting only by date or alphabet?
