App keeps crashing
Since the new update to IOS 15.1, the app keeps crashing after a few seconds. So now I can’t even access my passwords. Good job keeping up with progress Dataviz!
Reliable works across all of my devices
I purchased this app years ago and it has grown with me as my devices expanded. I have the premium version and it just keeps on trucking down the road. Now that I am married, we keep all of our passwords within the app and are able to easily share. No bells or whistles, just dependable. A future enhancement would be sync safari passwords with it. Namaste 🙏

You download the app and use it to store all your passwords and sensitive info so you don’t have to remember it.

Great Password App...No Face ID?
I’ve used Passwords+ for years now. And love how it syncs across devices and keeps my passwords secure. Prior to the latest update of iOS on my IPad Pro, I was able to use Face ID to access the app, with password prompts after a certain point. But after the update to IPad OS 14.2, the app crashed when I attempted to open it. It would start and abruptly close. I deleted the app and reinstalled. And noticed while there’s accessibility for Touch ID indicated in the settings, there’s not FaceID option. Not sure if there ever was. Maybe IPad OS was just using Face ID to login independently. Either way no Face ID now. But...the app works fine otherwise and still feels as safe and secure as ever. Maybe more so...without Face ID. It’s a hassle to have to type my password each time to access it, but if it’s a hassle for me, it’ll be an equally annoying fly in the ointment for anyone trying to hack it. 😉

No longer opens on iPhone
Still works on iPads, won’t open at all on iPhone os14.2 . Very frustrating!!!! Really like the app
Long Time Great
I have been using this since it came out. I’ve tried others, but this is still the best and most practical. One tiny issue. When open the app and use it. It’s fine. If I push it to background and don’t close it completely. Then select the app icon to open. Without bring from background. It opens with a blank screen format. To fix I have to completely close app. Including wiping off back ground. Then it will open ok.

Stopped Syncing, does this still work?
I loved Passwords Plus and had used it for years. All of a sudden, about 6 months ago , it stopped syncing across my devices so my passwords are not being updated. What happened?

I have been using this app for several years and have never had any major issues. I read where people complain that when they delete the app to reinstall it they lose all of their data, NOT TRUE. All data if set up properly will be in the cloud. It also will sync with all of your other devices, including your computers running Windows because you can get the app for it also. I have nothing but praise for this app. I would however like to see the possibility to save pictures of credit cards, ID’s, documents etc. , but this app is more than perfect as is & has performed perfectly for me for many years. I’ve been using Passwords Plus on an iPhone, iPad, Macintosh and a Windows laptop for several years. All work well and synchronize with each other.

Used to be good now no response from customer service
I am using this app for approx. 4 years and had a super experience in the initial years.
Now I am facing a problem the data is not syncing across all my iOS devices
Even the Sync log does not generate
I have written 4 times on the Tech Support portal but no one bothers to respond
I think time has come to look for another more reliable password keeper

I’ve been using the app for 2 years. It’s simple and reliable. Wonderful application for everyday use.
Crashing on iPhone
I haven’t been able to open it for several days. Please fix crashing!
Excellent customer support
It does not have all the bells and whistles of some competitors it works perfectly at what it does do. It’s not constantly gumming up your browser and apps trying to insert passwords and it works seamlessly across your phone and laptop to keep track of passwords , bank account numbers etc. I bought it 3 years ago and once a year there’s a glitch and customer service responds within the promised 1 day time frame. I have tried 2 more sophisticated and highly rated competitive products I never use because they are so hard to implement.

So disappointed!!
I swore by this app! Recommended it to friends and family! After I had just used it today, I open the app and it asks me to login in again from the start (with my email as if I were setting it up on a new device) so I do. It erased ALL of my saved info!! ALL my passwords GONE!! I don’t know what happened but this screwed me! Apparently backing it up didn’t do anything! Be careful!

Worked for about 6 weeks on my IPAD now wont open. Customer service told me to reinstall on my pc, then delete docs to go on my pc, then go to the app store and reinstall, which is impossible since it's already installed. If i delete i lose data it took me hours to load.
All i get from cust service is nonsense.

Big Update, awesome!
Really like this new update. You can have this app across multiple platforms. Strongly recommend to others! I don't use the Touch ID a lot.
Touch ID doesn't work
I love this app and have used it for years. The Touch ID still doesn't work, very frustrating. The update didn't work.
