Founded in 2023, Pasta Fresca is a ghost kitchen that is owned and operated out of Nirvana Wine and Grillerie. Around for almost 20 years in Vernon Hills, Nirvana specializes in small production wines and global inspired cuisine made fresh from scratch. Nirvana's Owner had a vision to increase the reach of fresh high-quality food to more people; thus Pasta Fresca was born.
