User reviews

App is mostly good in partnership with website

We have a subscription and do most of our text creation on the website. I appreciate the work this group does. They are always working on improvements. The app is decent, especially for quick replies. It has limited capabilities compared to the website but that is to be expected. However, just in the last couple of days, I have noticed that we get notifications as normal, but when I open the app, I can’t see the new reply. Hoping that can be fixed quickly.

High potential, updates needed

Loading is slow and needs reloading constantly. Not user friendly or quick enough for most of our staff to figure out or have patience to stick with.

Slow

App has potential. But it is the slowest thing since AOL signing on in 1998. It seems to always be loading.

Great Tool for Pastors and Churches

Thank you for developing PastorsLine and PastorLine app. We can never communicate too much with our people. You’ve made it easy. Great customer care and creative advances. You make PastorLine better and better with every tweet. Runs perfect on my iPhone 8plus!

Mobile App is Lacking

Basically a browser wrapper that houses a mobile version of the website. Painfully slow and every action has to reload the entire page.
