Absolutely Useful Tool
The idea we had as a church was to not only be able to engage in two-way communication with members and staff, but to also be able to connect with potential new members.
It’s been great. The use of keywords and short codes are awesome and the app itself allows me to communicate on the go.
The campaign section is a game changer and compared to the many other options I’ve considered, this platform is by far the most cost efficient and easy to use.
Customer support could be a little more efficient, but they have plenty of tutorials and a vast knowledge base to help with most concerns.

Running slow
This version is very slow. Can takes long seconds to minutes to open, have to restart.
Other than that is useful communication tool.

Buggy App
I like the pastorsline service. But the app is horrible. It won’t login consistently, won’t send notifications. Constantly saying there’s a server error. I have to close the app, open it, wait for it to say there’s a server error, then reload and it might login successfully.
