My subscription for ICertifi Pat test subscription was taken at £69.99 for the year then the old app stopped working making me buy this new one in the same month at £120.00 for the year 😤

Completed job luckily with only 48 items, app froze and can’t open to send results to customer.
Have contacted icertifi with no solution or reply as of yet. Avoid !
