My favorite local resource
I learn more through Patch than all other apps and websites.
Local Insight
The neighborhood news is seldom covered anywhere else, but Patch tries hard to do it. I applaud that effort.
Too much.
Too many stories outside my area. Signed up to get local news. Getting stories from all over the state. Most of them have no impact on me.
Good information
Nice stuff efficient
Patch Politically Sensitive
Since Patch stopped allowing comments by readers more than a year ago the political bias is evident.
Patch needs work
The patch app is too disorganized and the some of the stories are old ( like months old). The writing leaves a lot to be desired, the stories often lack the proper detail or they include details that really have nothing to do with the main story. This App could be really useful if it was organized and held pertinent information.

POLITICALLY WOKE TRASH RAG
If only there were any real journalist left who just wanted the truth. People – don’t go to college for journalism learn a trade and you’ll be OK because journalism is dead…
Patch me in!
I really enjoy reading Patch. I especially enjoy the fact that the print is so large and beautiful that I don’t even need my glasses. It’s up-to-date Florida news, That is local and relevant. Thank you for sending it to my inbox. I’m grateful.
Patch
Patch is a great source of news and events happening in my area. I rely on this site to provide the latest and most accurate information.
lousy
cannot even look at the content without creating an account
Neighborhood Connection
I have had Patch News for years and I liked when I could connect with neighbors until they changed it so you can only connect with people through Facebook. I don’t have Facebook and not everyone one does. Why couldn’t Patch leave it as is for those of us who do not want to go through Facebook. I used to like connecting with neighbors through the Patch app. Stinks. I did find another neighbor app where I don’t have to do it through Facebook.

Local News
I see the potential but unfortunately there isn’t much to read. It’s also kind of messy and all over the place. Very disorganized but again, I do see it’s potential if the right ppl fix this.
The Patch Rocks
I love all who work together to bring this awesome community on updating the public news and updates
Gratitude
I truly appreciate how easily assessable and interesting the information shared. Happy New 2026.
