Cannot Sign in with Apple

Unable to try and test the app as I cannot Sign in with Apple. Hopefully a new update will fix this. So I’ll give it 2 for now as I cannot just give 1 without even trying the app first. Even though thats the dilemma.

Response from developer

Sorry about the sign-in trouble! A few things usually fix it: • If you signed up before with Google or email using the same address, please sign in that way. Your account is tied to the method you first used. • Check Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → Patchd, and make sure it isn't set to "Stop Using". • Screen Time limits on Account Changes can block Sign in with Apple, and turning off a VPN can help too. If it still doesn't work, email us at info@granulab.xyz with the error you see, and we'll fix it for you right away.

Amazing app!!

This app is super unique and highly instrumental for rich creativity. Highly recommended 10/10. Dev is quite supportive too!

Thank you so much! If you ever have an idea or a wish for a new effect, just tell us. Lots more coming soon!

I bought patched before

But can't restore

Response from developer

Hi Tammam, sorry for the trouble! Everyone who bought Patchd before it went free gets lifetime Pro automatically when they open the latest version with the same Apple ID they bought it with. If it isn't showing for you, please email us at info@granulab.xyz, and we'll check your purchase and sort it out.

pretty easy to use

I've had the app 15 minutes. I have nothing deep to say about it.…I had the basics figured out almost instantly and it's fun to use. The effects themselves will probably become tiresome as is (unless there are parameters to tweak that I haven't found yet). But I think I'm going to get interesting results by running the video through multiple patches—it'll be unrecognizable but visually interesting. Exactly the sort of thing I'm looking for.

Thank you, love that you're already thinking in layers! Two tips: • Every effect has more controls than it first shows. Tap the settings button in an effect (or the quick chips above the record button) for sliders, colors, styles, and beat sync. • To stack effects, try Re-Patch: record or import a video, then run it through any other effect, as many times as you like. Or build a stack of layers in FX Maker and save it as your own effect. Can't wait to see what you make!
