Failure of an app
App won’t play content. Frequently closes and doesn’t save your last work you just completed. Just use a computer on web based application.
Not loading
I get the following when trying to view a lesson:
Error viewing content.

Has not worked in at least several days

Use desktop not app
App often closes or doesn’t load. It also does not track progress or show full content. Suggest to use desktop only.
