Update causing app to not open
Love the app.. but after yesterday’s update, it won’t allow the app to open on either of my smart phones. Hopefully they come up with an update to fix.

Great app, very easy to use and control heat settings. However, the app works when it wants to be honest.

iOS compatibility
The specs say its compatible with ios 15. My ipad is still on ios 15 and my iphone is on ios 18. The app just randomly stopped working. Its been great so far up until now. Please fix this DONT LET ME LOSE MY STREAK
Another piece of garbage
When my Proxy died an untimely death due to poor design I replaced it with the Proxy Core. After approximately 6 months it won’t connect to the app easily and the heating temperature struggles to get beyond 325-350 degrees. Now the app software will not initialize and blacks out the display of my iPhone (purchased new early in the summer) forcing me to reboot my phone to regain use of it.
I’m fed up with your company and simply want to know how you intend to remedy the situation. I won’t spend any more of my money on your lousy products.

App has not been working lately
I’ve reinstalled it numerous times and it just freezes when it opens. It’s been down for a day now.

As of today, after the app update, I am unable to load the puffco app in the browser. I get a blank screen and nothing loads in after waiting over 30 minutes. Please fix!!!

Love having a Bluetooth device and whatever don’t love that I have to close the app every single time I’m done or else my phone genuinely starts to overheat so bad that I have to turn it off before I can even close the app

Puffco app is the worst
Huge fan of Puffco in general but the app is terrible. I am constantly getting logged out of my account and when I go to login the automatic Sign in with Apple never works. Plus the app just sometimes decides to stop working and just be a grey screen. Do better Puffco….

I’ve never had any problems with the app up until now, when I open it the screen is just blank, dark, nothing to click on. Is there any issue at the moment?
Great if it works
Path browser worked for a couple weeks then all of a sudden can’t load the puffco app. Reinstalled the browser and same thing. Super helpful to buy a device that needs an app that doesn’t even work.
