When I open app it just takes me to google?

Works perfectly with my proxy core please do not change a thing! Today is 1 month since my purchase and no hiccups at all. Gets used every night.
I stay away from app required devices but using this has been super helpful (lower temps, checking charge time) and it just always works.

Puffco app???
I love my puffco rig very much, but what is going on? I downloaded the app and it’s just a google search engine. I’m so confused. If you guys/gals could help me figure what’s going on, that would greatly appreciated.
Won’t stay signed in
The app keeps kicking me out of my account, and then refuses to sign me in after entering my info and just takes me back to the sign in page again. Extremely frustrating, and I can’t use any of my custom profiles when signed out. For the device being over $400 you would hope that the app can actually do what it claims to. I hope this problem is fixed soon.

Brand new puffco, broken app??
Wild that this app was a SELLING POINT of the $450 product I just purchased and I opened the QR code on my limited edition plasma to discover that the app promised doesn't exist??? What is the Bluetooth supposed to connect to??? This is a huge disappointment coming from Puffco.

MY SMART AMAZING GF FIGURED OUT HOW TO USE THE APP
After opening the app and it bringing you to google, just search “Puffco Connect” and make your account and then pair your device and that’s it. After making this discovering my proxy experience has became way better.

Please Bring Back Limited Edition Themes.
I genuinely enjoy using the Path Browser app and appreciate having an app that enhances the overall experience of using my devices. One feature I truly miss, though, is the custom themes that were available for limited edition devices.
Those themes made owning a limited edition Puffco feel even more special and unique. They weren’t just a cosmetic addition- they added personality to the app, made the experience feel more immersive, and reinforced what made the limited edition models stand out. It made opening the app feel exciting and gave owners another reason to appreciate their devices.
I would absolutely love to see the limited edition themes return. Bringing them back would add value for those of us who invested in these special editions and would make the app feel more personalized and premium again. I truly hope you’ll consider reintroducing this feature in a future update.

Bad app
Contact support to be able to use! It’s very confusing. App appears broken, but apparently it’s just a search engine. Have never encountered an app like this one. Love my unit, but wish this had been easier to use.

Not sure what happened we had the app before it worked good no complaints but now we took it off recently and it’s not working correctly no more, it comes to chrome page

Not sure what is happening but like others I download app and it opens up a web browser from safari on google so it this another app for Google or am I suppose to see an actual app? Going to try and remove app and re download, if it works I’ll comment on this post but it if doesn’t then I won’t comment I’ll just delete app and use core manually

Good but lacking
Wonderful app, love the control I now have over my device. However I always have trouble with keeping the profiles I’ve put on my device accurately displayed. I can’t tell if it’s an issue with my device or the app, it’s extremely unfortunate.

app stays on the apple login screen and have 0 options to go back unless i delete app.
Phenomenal
This app is absolutely amazing if you have a Puffco product. I’m sure it’s great for other things as well but you know Puffco. Absolutely worth the download.
