Get mapping out on the trail. With Path Surveyor, you can survey path quality, structures like gates and bridges, wayfinding signs and more. Record a GPS trace of your walk or ride.
Your journey is shown on a clear, custom-made map including footpaths, bridleways, cycle paths and outdoor facilities.
Your surveys are available for your own download. You can also use them to map trails in OpenStreetMap, the crowdsourced map of the world. More than that, your surveys will be used by organisations responsible for path maintenance and advocacy to find out more about how people enjoy their paths.

What's New in Path Surveyor

You can now survey features while offline, and save them up for uploading later when you have a better internet connection. The background map includes reference numbers for Public Rights of Way, which are also included in your surveys (not all counties). We've added extra survey questions about connections to greenspace. Plus lots of bug fixes and improvements.
