Bad optimisation of app
Like at this point is it an app??like it takes so much time to even load the actual interface and it is really annoying.
Most of the time I have to use the webpage on my computer in order to do something within the panel.
So it is a major request to you guys, please try to optimise your app.

PATHAO PAY TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER RETURNED
I am a merchant and i took an instant withdrawal from pathao pay from merchant account and they cut my money from the account but i never received the payment in my bank account and i immediately called their services and they told me to wait but its been 24 hrs and nothing is happening, literally thieves. Please someone help me get back my hard earned money or else I AM SUING PATHAO!

Very poor contact service
The chat option there literally is of any use. I had a payment problem and also fir their extra charging, I tried to get a contact number. Instead they literally repeatedly provided there automated service number which didn’t make any help. Thank you for this service.
Feels like a website not an app
Using this app is basically like waiting for a webpage to load on your phone, its slow and the notifications aren’t real push notifications you have to open the app and check them manually
