Crash
Though I love the convenience of the app it has been crashing on me non-stop for the last few weeks
Terrible
This is the worst app ever. Not user friendly or intuitive at all and not created with the enduser in mind. Considering changing to another pathology service because of this app design. V2 was perfect why change it?
Not good
Never before did I have to delete/upload the app regularly to get my patients results imported into the app.
Pathcare used to be my ‘go to’ lab for the last 6 years.
It’s not that Pathcare is not trying to help but it doesn’t seem to work.

I will always use Lancet or Ampath in the future - I can view/download my blood results from 2004 onwards. With Pathcare, I can not
