Works but could be better
The simple things work, transferring money, checking transactions, etc. but there’s room for improvement. Show a running balance, options to see partial account numbers for starters. On a regular basis I’m not allowed to log in and have to wait until the next day or redo a new password. It’s frustrating.

Completely nonfunctional
At the time of writing, this app has been nonfunctional for over five months. Don't know what else I can say, to be honest.
Checking account
Pathfinder has a great system to monitor your account flagging any suspicious activity for your review. Helps me feel more secure using my checking account.

No Payment Due Information
I cannot access the payment amount or due date on the app and have to login using a browser making the app unusable for this purpose
Nonfunctional
At the time of writing, this app hasn't been functional for THREE WEEKS. Unbelievable.
Really think I need to switch banks
Amongst other issues I’ve had with Pathfinder now since their system upgrade last week I’m unable to access anything on this app which was already lacking in the first place. This is getting ridiculous.
Bank app issue
Was i the only one who realized their app doesn’t work like their website? I tried logging in my banking access using the app. Keep saying incorrect user or password. To my surprise it worked from their website hahaha
Incompetence
They bought out the Berkshire branches and really fumbled the ball and did not communicate. Now they’re charging a $2/month paper statement fee that Berkshire never did, nor does Empower Credit union. They also send me a statement from an account that I thought was closed it has a $0 balance, yet they mail me a piece of paper each month (for free!). The people at the local branches are so nice, but the people in charge are incompetent.

Set up Zelle and then made an electronic deposit, wow that was easy! Sure beats driving to the bank!

Regression & Not family tradition
I would advise against going to Pathfinder and use a credit union instead they have a much better system. I’ve never had to look back. Pathfinder Bank is no longer a family oriented bank.
Bad business
If I can’t do any banking business on the weekend why would Pathfinder be able to? Then close all your branches on Saturday, I’ll go elsewhere
Electronic deposits
While I am in Florida, having the capability to quickly deposit checks into my account in Oswego is wonderful!! Love it!
Regression
Pathfinder regressed light years when they switched to this bogus Bill Pay system which is supposed to be better then the last system. Not a true story for people who use Bill Pay all the time. I would advise against going to Pathfinder and use a credit union instead they have a much better system. I’ve never had to look back

The people of pathfinder or great, however there technology is incredibly outdated. Perhaps I was spoiled by my last bank, however, even simple things like integration with the most widely used password management apps doesn’t work. Beyond that working, they aren’t in a
