Worst App, continuously crashing.
It’s been almost a month since I’m trying to book seat and even after trying for several times this trash app isn’t working properly it always shows processing and then gets stuck there. Worthless and trash app don’t know which idiot made this app.

Dear UTC pathik app team,
Why do you keep such a high-tech captcha as if it’s an app worth 200-400 crores? I just want to book a bus, not conquer a state. And on top of that, your bus service isn’t even available for most cities. No idea where all this royalty attitude is coming from.

I booked my ticket from Chandigarh to Uttarakhand after the paymnet site is crashed and app is also not working and no confirmation to me of my seat is booked or not

This app is crashing repeatedly, not able to book any tickets using this. Don’t no why they launched this app, its better to book tickets using the website

Asking for update and when trying to update no latest update is available it’s stuck not able to open app or use it have to use through web portal developers to check for updated version

I think you made this app for time pass any date you try to book you will never fund a bus.
Surprisingly to enter Uttrakhand one have to reach ramnagar but there’s no option showing for it. The private bus services have Ramnagr on there list but not UTC.

Worst service by bus and customer service
I have booked janrath AC worst of more than 550/- from dehradun to Delhi timing will be 2:30pm to 9:30pm and on that bus seats are broken, seat support broke, Ac is not working properly, even in ac bus i have seen first time windows are open. When i went there i was so much upset to see bus than i went to there 36no helpline counter there i saw a man tanuj bhandari i told him all of my problems that i have been so many ac buses from private to govt but this bus is really a disappointment then he told me ki ap log wese private book karte ho ab nahi mili toh hunare pass aye or yaha nakhre kar rahi ho. I requested him to change bus instead of refund he told me jo karna h kro na refund milega na exchange zyada dikkat h toh complain karo. Conductor and driver is polite apart from conductor all staff is very rude my brother is uttrakhand BDO & in law firm i will make sure that you will get no bookings my whole journey was a mess. My mom was ill and those seats are horrible for her bus started at 3:30 and reached 10:30. 1 hour late its so disappointing. Never book AC janrath especially 2:30 to 9:00 pm dehradun to delhi. Now its not taking nickname in app when i am posting review it showing me something went wrong
