Pathway is a real-time tracking platform optimized for carrier tracking, to streamline the flow of communication between users in the transportation industry. It is a visibility solution used by shippers and logistics service providers to automate the reporting of arrivals, departures, and in-transit location updates. In a few easy steps, Pathway customers can set up their freights for tracking by entering in the load details, pickup & delivery locations, and any other important information they would like to provide – which will become immediately visible to the driver on the Pathway mobile app. The driver simply downloads the app and activates Tracking, eliminating the need for routine check calls by the broker or customer. This gives all involved parties a peace of mind by providing location clarity while minimizing the need for phone calls and follow-ups.
