Patient Advocate Pro is an offline clinical decision-support tool for licensed healthcare professionals. The clinician enters the patient's chronic conditions, vital signs, and review of systems across the eight body systems; the app produces a weighted differential to consider and the suggested work-up — with the contributing findings, match strength, confirmatory criteria, and cited sources shown for independent review, and red-flag emergencies surfaced up top. THE EVALUATION FLOW - Step 1 — History & comorbidities: 41 chronic conditions (AFib, CHF, COPD, diabetes, CKD, cancer, clotting disorders, pregnancy, anticoagulant use, and more). - Step 2 — Vital signs: temperature, pulse, blood pressure, breathing rate, oxygen, blood sugar; out-of-range values are flagged and scored. - Step 3 — Review of systems: HEENT, Neurological, Cardiac, Respiratory, Abdominal, Genital/Urinary, Musculo-skeletal, and Skin — each with a findings checklist, a 0–10 pain scale, and a free-text pain location. - Summary — a ranked differential with a transparent "match strength," the contributing findings for each, a severity chip, a tier label (common / less common / rare), and the suggested work-up. Red-flag findings or vitals raise an emergency banner. CONTENT CATALOG - 335 conditions across the 8 systems — common, uncommon, and rare "can't-miss" emergencies — each with plain-language text, testing, severity, a tier, confirmatory criteria, and cited sources. - 388 findings and 41 chronic illnesses. - Rare conditions are tiered below common ones at comparable scores so results stay useful; true emergencies are surfaced separately via the red-flag banner regardless of rank. WHAT WOULD CONFIRM THIS Every condition carries the specific findings that would support or confirm it — the labs, imaging, and characteristic examination that move a possibility toward a diagnosis, with the thresholds stated. Open any condition to see the full set; the top criteria appear inline in the results. EVERY CONDITION IS CITED Each entry names at least two published sources, drawn from more than 480 distinct guidelines, society statements, and standard references. Tap any citation to look it up on PubMed and read the source directly, rather than taking the app's word for it. American guidance is paired with its international counterpart where both exist. TRANSPARENT BY DESIGN Results are ordered by how well the entered findings match — not by likelihood or seriousness — and every condition shows the findings that contributed to it, its match strength, its confirmatory criteria, and its references, so the clinician can review the basis and apply independent judgment.
