Patient Communication

The Patient Communication app enables renal care professionals to effectively view patient orders, reminders, and communicate with the care team. The Alert settings can be managed by all users according to their convenience and preference. App users receive role-based alerts about any change in patient care. Care team members can communicate with each other via text. Patients can schedule their medication reminders, document Check-Ins or No-Show according to their treatment schedule or appointments.
