App pros and cons
I love being able to track my symptoms in the journal and that it keeps track of my medications. However, I have to reinstall the app at least once per week because it glitches and has a blank screen when I open it.
Makes no sense
To register, there is a choice of country and ability to enter postal code or zip code, however there are no Canadian provinces listed to chose form and I can’t precede without including a state. Guess what? Canada still isn’t part of the US.
Interesting concept Poor execution
Really like the overall idea but after I set everything up and was ready to take the assessment and clicked the button to do so, it does nothing. Shows the button is being pressed but takes me nowhere. From both the Home Screen and the track screen. So it is essentially useless if I can’t actually track anything because the app is glitching.

Great tool to track my symptoms
I like being able to keep track of changes in my pain levels, fatigue, sleep, etc so I can look for trends. I’ve used my assessment data multiple times to share with my rheumatologist and pain specialist. It’s a good visual to show invisible symptoms.
AP doesn’t seem to work
Am given the option to log in or register. I click register, and nothing happens. Have tried multiple times.
oops
couldn't even complete one assessment for all the times it couldn't load the next question. Had to quit after another"oops" that didn't follow up with a repeatable response; no eay to continue. I will probably try again but do far, this is useless.
Won’t let me register
Trying to setup account and it won’t let me register
Long time user
This application has been a tool in my journey for years now. The recent changes has been a game changer to my experience and comfort in the app. Keep up the good work! It matters!
Weekly report
This is a great site, but the questions seem to be repetitive, and an opportunity is not given to give an accurate description of pain. In my case I have a shoulder Impingement which I could not adequately explain in the symptoms section. It would not be considered a flair.
High quality app for people with Arthritis
This app is the real deal. High quality appearance and uses validated measures. As a rheumatologist I can recommend this to my patients for self monitoring and management of their conditions
Wonderful app
This is so useful for tracking my symptoms and having a record to show my rheumatologist.
Helpful app
Wonderful app. Highly recommend.
Useful features
This app is very useful to track medications and symptoms. The report function is really great because it shows a snapshot of everything I’ve logged that I can show my doctor. I highly recommend this to anyone that wants to engage in their health on a deeper level.
Can’t establish an account
App demographics & info is not working. I could not establish an account.
Instructions to register are unclear and doesn’t happen
Why is it so difficult to register. At this point, this app is not for me.
Broken app?
Can’t even get registered. Went through several times. Good luck with your efforts.
A little disappointed
I was excited when this came out. I had high hopes for this.
Pros:
•track symptoms
•ability to keep notes
•ability to keep records of medications
• access to certain labs
•access to research studies (some paid)
•ability to create reports and share them with whoever you chose
Cons:
•customer service/assistance is extremely lacking
•some of the questions used for the tracking purposes I feel are not getting the true results they are looking for because of either they way the question is worded or the choices that are available to pick from
•it locks up and will kick you out in the middle of your questions and who knows what the system decided to select for an answer for the question you got kicked out on.
•I wouldn’t mind seeing some improvements or additions to the report options and to the questions.
Everyone is different. It may work for you, it all depends on how you like to keep records. There are so many different ways.

Super helpful
Very helpful app to track symptoms and outcomes to share with researchers (anonymously) and my doctors and nurses. Finally my invisible symptoms can be graphed and viewed! Thanks CreakyJoints!
Can’t log in
It suddenly started saying my password isn’t correct. When I tried to reset my password it said it could not send a reset email. There is no way to contact customer service to resolve this unless I log in.
Doesn’t work
Didn’t want to put any star rating at all. Waste of time. Looks like a great app but unable to even register. Attempts to contact the website failed. Emails come back with an error message.
