Broken!
This app used to be great for checking my Blood results used for years but sadly it’s now broken won’t let me log in any more so seems like what was a great app is now useless.
It would be 5 if it didn’t go down all the time
I’ve had this app for about 2 years now and it’s a brilliant help to keep me right with my potassium levels and haemoglobin levels as I’m on hemodialysis.
BUT. It works fine then suddenly no reports from bloods taken on dialysis. Trying to get an answer from the app admin is making me pull my hair out. I keep messaging them but they never reply.
Tried deleting the app and downloading again. Still an issue, and I’m on the latest 1.9.1 version.

The App is horrible
The website is easier to navigate and access
Great but now no access - I can’t get in
Need help in getting in - why have I been locked out??
It’s very important that I don’t loose all the stored data, it gives me an overview of my results over several years.
If I delete current app, in order to install again, will I loose access to historical data?

Login screen fail
Used to work except for the annnoying ‘extra security’ secret word that keeps turning itself on.
Latest update only lets you go to a Facebook login page, the patient view login button stays inactive.

Love the app but Touch ID not working since update
App is brilliant - life changing! But some issues with security - Touch ID not working since last update and now have to constantly log out and in again! Great app though.
App is worse that web version on phone & desktop
Shame.... app is no where near as good as mobile web version :(

Cannot log in
I did everything as per instructions. Got into my information which was great however I’ve tried loads of times and it keeps saying error in user name or password. I’ve used the same user name for many years so I know it’s right and I made a note of my password but that keeps being rejected as well. So frustrating !

Very useful - But...
The only quibble I have is that one cannot get the App to ‘share’ with the Apple Watch.
I have to keep referring to the iPhone ‘Health’ App if I wish to view my metrics. And yet it has a ‘share’ with the BP section of the Health App!
Please finish the job and link ALL health data available on both devices (phone AND watch)

Does not rotate to Landscape
Just downloaded this app on my IPad. Useful as contains the test results for quick reference. However does not rotate to landscape so difficult to type into.
Also I tried to save some info in the notes section but does not save.

After the recent update, I’m not able to view the reports neither from the phone nor the iPad!
Login issues
Great service to have. Really appreciate it. Only reason I left three stars is after the last couple of updates it takes many attempts to login, either by the password not being recognised or my Touch ID.
If that all gets resolved it’ll be a solid five star.

Good when it works
The app appears to have a life of its own. I am constantly having to delete the app and then download it again. Such a pity as when it works it’s good. Can someone please not sort out these issues?
Latest ‘upgrade’ isn’t
I used to love this app, it gave me access to my test results and worked great on an iPhone XR, using face recognition. Then it was upgraded, allegedly to add face recognition, which it already had, and what it actually did was to break the app completely so that it no longer works just gets stuck in a loop and also now doesn’t tell you when new results are available to view - back to the website, which is still working but whatever you do don’t upgrade as the new version is rubbish.

Nice but..
It NEEDS Apple HealthKit integration. One place to store all my medical data. I hate having to log into multiple apps for it.. this info needs to be centralised!
Exactly what I needed!
As a kidney patient, I need to be very careful about what I eat. As the old saying goes, “you are what you eat”, and my monthly blood tests help me keep a check on how my body is responding to what I consume. This app gives you a clear view on your blood test results and how they are changing, test by test. It’s easy, simple, direct to patient information. Great.

OK...if it’s kept up to date
When I first registered for this app I thought it was the best as I could tailor my diet intake and keep a watchful eye on my EGFR. Now however it has not been maintained being two months since my last blood test and no results posted, despite requests online. No point in keeping this app if they are not prepared to do their bit.
