Poor app
This App has great potential but is currently beyond poor… it simply does not work.
It takes 10-15 attempts of closing and re-opening the app for anything to work
On opening the app and trying to use it, nothing responds to the touch on the screen
The app simply does not work after my company have invested in the pat tester which is compatible with the app, the app is now useless

Crashes as soon as you open
Crashes every time you open it, closed the app, restarted and it continues to crash. Almost not useable
Needs update
Takes about 10 mins after opening the app to actually be able to use it
APP NEEDS FIXING!
Concept works, just the app is poor and does not seem to work as constantly freezes. Tried closing the app but it still brings you to the page that was just frozen. Just tried deleting and re downloading the app but all data I’ve uploaded has now gone meaning I have to start again. Really not ideal!

Needs sorting, never works
I know this is free but please sort it out, you are better off paying for a subscription service elsewhere.

Still freezing, nothing changed, many complaints and … no reaction…. How we can trust?
Freezes
Screen constantly freezes. On top of that, it is not possible to extract all data on one page. If there are 1000 tested appliances, you must to extract every single test separately. It is my mistake that I did not read those reviews before purchasing it.
Not working
App completely feeezes and does not work and can’t even access all data you could be waiting for ages till it unfrozen. Not reliable
Not great
The software, good but basic compared to other apps. Would be great if you can add spaces and characters to the asset ID. Also the printer labels need to say Electrical Safety Test. As it stands the labels, don’t tell a person what the dates mean and for.
Avoid
Twice now the app has frozen losing ALL data, appliances, results. Won’t be using again.
Decent for a freebie
Had no issues until it froze, deleted and reinstalled which worked BUT lost all data. However a useful tip from ‘Stan the Fan’ suggested leaving the app open and going back to the app icon and tapping on that again, so I did this when it next froze and sure enough, the app unfroze itself with all my data still on there ;) Ty Stan mate.

Try leaving it open and going back to the screen where the icon is and pressing it again. Works for me.

It’s good when it works but it freezes and takes ages to unfreeze which costs time and is very annoying when you need to get on and work.

Always crashes
As we teach PAT (In-service inspection and testing for electrical equipment) and use a seaward primetest 100 this app when it did work was brilliant for new starters to Pat testing, however, I am unable to demonstrate to anyone as the app always crashes, I’ve since removed the app…

I can’t access my information because the app is completely frozen, I’ve had to delete and re-install in the hope that I could still use it…. No it freezes and then you get stuck halfway through a test at clients premises, it’s embarrassing when you can’t generate a certificate as promised
