Since the new update the app constantly freezes during log in

Do not like the new app. You can’t see the full name of transactions and it is not visible friendly. Go back to the old view

A new look will always take some getting used to and you know no one likes change, but I feel like it is harder to see the separation or delineation of each day with this update

New update just downloaded no issues and now an error message and can’t access anything. 10/10 want the old system back.
User friendly, really like the layout
Great app, it’s one of the simplest but best banking app I’ve had. This is an honest review from someone who actually thinks this.
Won’t allow login, USELESS
Cannot log into the app every time enter the name and password comes back with a connection Lost or error message making this app totally useless and unusable. I have deleted the app and re-downloaded but still no luck needs to be fixed ASAP!
Why has it not been fixed?
I cannot see any mortgage information or payment history in the app anymore. Nothing was done when I reported it.

Truly Impressed
The app is easy to use; and I know if I have any issues, I can walk right into my local branch and the ladies there assist however possible to resolve the issue. Everyone of them is truly helpful, professional and give a full measure of respect to the members. They truly deserve my appreciation and because of them, Patriot FCU has earned my loyalty.

Mobile Banking
Having recently relocated to central PA, my nearest branch office is now located about an hour and half away. Mobile banking allows me to continue my banking relationship with Patriot Federal Credit Union. Five years ago a home equity loan from Patriot helped us purchase the home we are now living in. Bill Pay makes paying bills a breeze and saves money on postage! I plan to be a Patriot customer for a long time!
